  • QT prolongation; concurrent CYP3A4 substrates with narrow therapeutic index (e.g. some antiepileptics, colchicine).

Pregnancy and breastfeeding

Present in breast milk; use with caution.

Many drug interactions (strong CYP3A4 inhibitor). Taste disturbance is common.
